The Cerulean Tower is a nice, Western style hotel in the Shibuya district of Tokyo. Our room was plenty big enough for two with a fantastic view. Internet access was a necessity, and we had no problems getting connected. The bathroom was small, but I loved how a giant rectangle in the mirror wouldn't fog up after a steamy shower. (For me, it's all about the comfort details.) The toilets are funny in Japan as well. While you'll run across the traditional squat variety while touring around the city, the Cerulean offers a Western throne to guests. However, when you take a seat, gurgling sounds erupt beneath you to mask any embarrassing sounds that you might emanate. It was kinda funny
