A lot of travelers take in a game drive when they visit South Africa or Namibia, but few rent a car, hit the road, and drive. The intrepid catsholiday wouldn’t have it any other way, and now she’s sharing her tips for road-tripping southern Africa with family in tow.
Amid the flurry of new journal activity from catsholiday, her South African Road Trip and Namibian Odyssey stand out for their sense of adventure and sheer number of top-notch reviews and trip ideas. The English globe-trotter says she travels to “learn about different cultures, taste new foods, and see wonderful places,” and there’s plenty of all three in these journals--but they're also all about the animals.
We can’t stop gawking at her photos and descriptions of spying seals as far as the eye can see, going for a ride on an ostrich, taking a swim with penguins, and even showering with elephants. The catsholiday family had one wild time--and now we have their stories and reviews to inspire our own adventures.
