I travel because...

I enjoy seeing and visiting different countries and cultures and to give me a fulller appreciation of history and art.

I love to travel to...

I love to travel to Europe in general but I have fallen in love with Italy.
This one small country offers so much in the way of history, art, architecture, music, fantastic food, scenic mountains, lovely beaches, islands and volcanoes and beautiful countrysides that I find it hard to believe that all of this and more is available in a country the size of Italy.
I've been there three times in three years and that is hardly enough.
If I could afford it, I would spend most of the year there

I never forget to pack...

...my toothbrush/toothpaste, deoderant & camera.

My weirdest travel habit is...

Unable to sleep on flights, no matter what hour or how long.

It's my dream to travel to...

Two very different places; Polynesia, Japan and, closer to home, Israel, Jordan & Lebanon. But I must revisit Egypt and Italy and make my first ever trip to France.

When I'm not traveling...

I share travel stories with freinds, hoping to learn from their experiences and continue to look for good travel deals for myself.
