Were in town with 12 year old boys baseball tournament, free laundry facility on 8th floor was nice, but most of the time was a line, only one washer and one dryer. There is a large laundromat on Seneca St. that went lots faster. The wireless internet did not work, neither did the cord they gave me to connect directly. Alarm clocks did not work, but I think that was Clarence's fault. Our boys enjoyed the story about Clarence the ghost that the employees told. Rooms are several different sizes for the same money, next time, I would ask for a larger room. If you order Papa John's Pizza, walk a half of a block to pick it up to avoid a delivery fee. Liked the coffee shop in the lobby. Staff was friendly most of the time.

We were in town for a sporting event. We had twenty people in our group. We were there for three days and two nights. We would wake up every morning with bites all over us. 5 people in our group had the same bites as I did. Hotel mang. Was advised of the situation, and they did not even say "im sorry."
other wise it was an ok place to stay.

The furniture was broken, the internet access is weak, the closet door and tv cabinet doors were off the track/hinge and the air conditioner was broken. They said they were full and had no other rooms yet the travel agency could book a room.
