Quote: This facility has the right look, good location, and staff is friendly. Housekeeping and maintenance were less than what I expected. This is a great facility for vacations and short business trips. But for business stays over 3-4 days I have been a little disappointed by the service, meal options (room service/restaurant/bar all have the exact menu), rooms only have bed and desk would be nice to have a sofa/recliner as well as in-room coffee maker for additional comfort. Housekeeping fell short of expectations and response to requests for service were usually not performed after numerious requests. Usually a hotel of this size will offer frequent business travelers rooms with more amenities.
Quote: This hotel is centrally located, next to Ibirapuera Mall and Congonhas Airport (Domestic Airport). It is a pretty modern building, and the rooms are quite big. The restaurant serves a nice buffet, with local and international dishes. You can also walk two miles to get to Ibirapuera Park, which is a nice option for those who like jogging. The Moema district, where the hotel is located, is also very nice since it has many bars and restaurants to choose from.
Quote: Great hotel to stay close to main attractions such as Ibirapuera Park and the Ibirapuera Mall. The proximity to the domestic airport is also a plus. The Moema bairro is also excellent in terms of restaurants and bars. The service at the hotel is friendly, most of them do speak english and spanish, and the facilities are modern and include free internet access and cable TV.
Quote: This hotel is one of the biggest hotels in São Paulo, with 656 rooms. It is ideally located next to Ibirapuera Mall, which is certainly of the biggest in town. The rooms are big and confortable, and the service is pretty atentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel, had a great experience there.
Quote: My husband and I stayed here for 9 nights August 2009. The staff was helpful at all times and they always had someone at the front desk who could speak English and help with the Portuguese language. There was a large shopping center across the street witch offered many choices for eating, from fast food to fine dining, as well as shopping. We went in the bar area every night and was greeted by pleasant staff. They also offer a complimentary breakfast with a wide variety of foods, which was one of best I have seen in a long time. The rooms were comfortable and the only complaint is that we couldn't control the temperature as well as we would have liked. The bathroom was small, but accomodating. There was plenty of security provided by the... Read More
Quote: I stayed at this hotel in early November 2007. I was badly overcharged for an international phone call from my room (around US$ 135 for a call to a fixed telephone in Paris). I have sent several e-mails requesting an explanation for this error, but nobody seems to care.. Too bad !\n\nP. A. (Santiago - Chile)
