Quote: The hotel has seen its best days. Its biggest advantage is its location -- marvelous place, very central, prime spot in Sao Paulo. Very good for business travelers. The architecture/structure is impressive. You walk into a huge hall. You can see all the way up to the top of the hotel. Nice restaurants inside at lobby level. Glass elevators silently take you up to your floor. Hallways are balconies facing the inside courtyard/lobby of the hotel. Unfortunately, the rooms have aged quite a bit. Management should really invest a few dollars to renovate the rooms. Room service was very nice and courteous. All in all a pleasant experience. Would recommend.
