The concierge directed us to the express check-in kiosks which made it quick to get our room keys and check in. The beds float you to sleep and LOTS of fluffy pillows! ahhhh. Kids loved the flat screen TV. Outdoor pool was small but nice--we didn't get the chance to use it. Workout facility was nice with cable TV ON the treadmills. Breakfast was a pleasant experience--REAL plates and food was constantly restocked and area kept spotlessly clean during the rush. Quote: If you want an AWESOME night stay with a decent price. Well, Hyatt has out done themselves. This place was totally redone and it was way worth the money. We enjoyed the awesome flat-screen T.V. and the extra-nice mattresses and extra pillows. And then, just when you think it is over, breakfast is served. The hostess in the dining area was sweet and kept everything stocked so, everyone could have a nice hot meal. I will stay here again and again it doesn't get any better than this!!!
Quote: The hotel is undergoing reservations, but the rooms are absolutely gorgeous with 42 inch Hidef tvs! The service is wonderful with a free shuttle! They have a breakfast buffet in the mornings. This place was amazing!
Quote: The room was not clean when I arrived. The 5th floor smelled of urine. I was gone all day, came back at 5 pm and the room had not been clean. Had to take out my own trash (carry-out food from day before) The carpet was so nasty your feet felt like they would stick to it. Had to set at dirty table every morning for breakfast. Filthyist place I have ever stayed.
