Sun, pool, beach, Mayan ruins, and plenty of good food... What more needs to be said?

Best Things Nearby:
The Mayan ruins were the best things nearby.

Best Things About the Resort:
We had an all-inclusive deal.

Resort Experience:
There was so much to do. You could play golf or tennis, get a massage, or just lay at the beach or pool. The resort is close to shopping and the airport.

Restaurant

There are ten restaurants at the Moon Palace, five on each side. The sunrise side has a buffet-style grill with very good steak, chicken, or fish and an á la carte restaurant with decent fare. The Italian restaurant is so-so. The breakfast and lunch have a wide range of choices. All restaurants are all-you-can-eat, so bring bigger clothes.
