Quote: Well the room was great I was in love with it, clean, comfortablecold, just all the things that you would want in a hotel stay. But on check out morning house keeping entered with out knocking, and it was no where near check out time. They didn't even knock! Tip if you plan on taking your pet let it be known, that there is a charge if your pet even step foot in your room. I was charged a fee of 200.00, but my dog didn't even stay in the room. Now that I was very disappointed about, and also that I was not notified before it was done.

Courtious staff, comfortable clean rooms, kitchen with full sized fridge and dishwasher, great morning breakfast with about anything you could want and great pool area. Also impressed that it's a "green" hotel. They won't change your linens unless you request it, but give plenty of towels and lots of places to hang them to dry. Lots of restaurants withing 5 minutes of hotel. Perfect place for family trip and quiet if you are trying to escape the kids. : )
Quote: The size of the room is great, kitchen makes it really convenient. But the service of the front desk isn't that great, they don't deliver towels to your room; no house cleaning on Sunday which was not pointed out when we checked in the hotel. Breakfast area is small (only 5 tables).
Quote: I checked in on 3-5-07 for 4 days - my company has extended twice for 4 more days and the house keeping is the pits- I am still sleeping on the same sheets I checked in and the bathroom has not been cleaned in a week - when I asked them to clean the bathroom and change the sheets I was informed that since I am staying less than a week on each extention that they WILL NOT clean the bathroom or change the sheets. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.
