I Travelled with a 3Yr old an a 15 yr old they both loved it the pool was very spacious an clean. The room was a comfortable size for my family an very clean the people at the hotel were very friendly an helpful. There were lots of activities in the hotel an at the pool for the kids. the parks were very close by an the shuttle bus was fine the driver was very friendly an also helpful. There was a variety of places to eat at walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.Already planning for next years vacation.

Stayed here 2 yrs ago and it was great. This time was terrible. Stayed here mainly for the kids club which was almost non existant. I called the week before to check the hours of the kids club- was told hours varied daily. Found out it was only open 2 nights a week for 5 hrs a night after we checked in. The ammenities actualy got worse during our stay. They quit giving free newspapers in the middle of the week. They discontinued lunch room service in the middle of the week. They doubled the price of the almost non-existant kids club. Only half of the elevators in our wing worked and we were on the 6th floor. I had to request the room be cleaned twice because they just never showed up to do it during the day. The attraction shuttles were reduced to needing 24 hour notice instead of every day on demand. I tried to rebook through Travelocity but was not happy with their respose to our problem. They wanted us to check out immediately with no guaranty they could rebook us in a comparable hotel. We may have had to stay somewhere at twice the price or been forced to take credit for our unused nights an find a new hotel on our own. I'll never stay here again and will wait for Travelocity's respose to see if I will ever use their services again- probably not.

Stayed 6 days and 5 nights with a 4 and 5 yr old and two teenagers 16. The hotel is a great place to stay and would stay again. The pool offers great down time for parents while offering great pool activities for the kids or you can sit back watch a movie @ the theatre in the hotel shown 8am to 10pm with a different movie each time and each day. The hotel restaurant is good place to eat breakfast but not worth the money for dinner, the food is not all that great. You may want to rent a car because there not that many choices of restaurants near the hotel but there are a few. If you plan on going to any of the disney parks the hotel offers a shuttle bus but may have to stand they do pick up from another hotel. Cabs are little expensive so i advise you use the shuttle.

Front desk very friendly and helpful. Room service was quck and HOT. Pool Bar very nice. Room was nice size and clean, bed was very hard I traveled with my husband no children, the hotel was very family friendly. We would stay there again.

i've never had a vacation where the hotel was PART of the fun. pool is huge - tons of deck chairs. tip: bring your own goggles/floaties because they are for sale on site at $7 - 9 each and the kids will want/need them if participating in the pool activities. saturday night movie poolside was relaxing. pool open til 11 which even after a long day at a park, my kids still had energy to swim and wore themselves out each night. they loved it. pool was also very clean - nothing "scary" looking floating around - never got the ick sensation about it at all. loved breakfast buffet - extensive assortment that pleased each of my three extremely picky eaters. we thought it was a great value: including beverages, tax and tip, it was $26. yes, you can get a few biscuits at the fast food for cheaper but for the convenience of NOT having to drive somewhere to eat plus the incredible selection, it was the high light of our day, especially considering we ate essentially junk food in the parks all day. omelette guy rocks and definitely worth the extra 5 minute or so wait for custom eggs!! for the volume of people the small restaurant has to handle, the staff are all amazingly efficient and quite pleasant. we never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seated. the kid suite room was less private than i would have liked but lets face it: this was a kid vacation, not an adult one. bathroom was extremely roomy so you can bathe/dress several at once. never been more pleased with a hotel.
