We LOVED this hotel. The staff was so nice and the room was nice and clean. It was really close to Market Street and right by a BART stop. The pizza place that is in the hotel and the hamburger place across the street are both amazing! I will stay here everytime I go to San Fransico.

It was a better room than I expected for the price. This is an upgraded motel that appears to have been remodeled very recently. Everything (paint, fixtures, furniture) in the room and lobby looked new. Good location close to BART, many bus lines and Market Street. The in-hotel eating facilities are limited but San Francisco has many good restaurants so this is not really a problem. It has its own parking (extra cost). I did not have any special requirements so I did not interact with the staff much.

Hotel recently remodeled and updated; going for "green" eco-friendly market. Hotel seemed bare-bones or "sparse" when it came to luxury feeling. Great location, friendly staff; EXCELLENT value for money. Would stay there again if looking at budget

I didn't know the city and booked a room here for the first night of a vacation with my daughter on the west coast. The hotel was fairly nice, the room was clean, but really small. Interesting decor. The biggest problem we had with the hotel was the location. It was an extremely long walk to anything anyone would want to do or see, through a somewhat iffy part of San Fran. We ended up taking a taxi back at night because we didn't want to walk the streets near the hotel after dark.
