We got a bit gussied up to see the Celine Dion show and made dinner reservations at Empress Court. This restaurant is a bit hidden at Caesar's. You have to go up an escalater to get there and we had a hard time finding it. It is near the other fine restaurants. Empress Court serves authentic Chinese and American Chinese cuisine. I would describe the restaurant as "exotic zen". There was a beautiful blue-domed ceiling you sit under with lights speckled all around. The restaurant over looks the gardens. We had the seven-course meal for $40 each and it was excellent. I can't remember what we ate specifically, but I know we each had two appetizers, soup, three entrees to share between the two of us, and a dessert. It was definitely bang for the buck!
