First came the New 7 Wonders of the World; now, UNESCO is making news with its own travel accolades, naming 22 new World Heritage Sites (and booting one from the list: Oman’s Arabian Oryx Sanctuary, which has been downsized by 90% since its induction in 1994). Not content to rest on their laurels, the New Open World Foundation (the folks behind the New 7 Wonders) are now accepting nominations for the New 7 Wonders of Nature. But before we get ahead of ourselves, we want to hear from you: which of the New 7 Wonders is tops on your list? Take the poll, and we’ll reveal your answers in next week’s Picks of the Week newsletter.
