There is only one place to get dinner at the resort after 6pm--Alexandra's Restaurant. Weather permitting, there are about six outdoor tables that you must reserve 1 day in advance.
The food here is very good. Each night there is a fresh fish special, a pasta special, and meat (usually steak) special. We wished they offered more sauce choices (garlic and Creole most nights). The guava paste-infused butter and rolls were delicious! They are fine with making substitutions and cooking your meal to order. The prices are not cheap, but since we were on all-inclusive, we didn't care! Sonia, Dalimar, and Adan are all great servers!
